This is hands-on production work for someone who enjoys making tangible things and takes satisfaction ion quality work that will be used outdoors for years. - Sew outdoor apparel, accessories, dog coats, bags, uniforms, and other Ragged-made products using industrial sewing equipment.
- Follow work orders, patterns, samples, and construction instructions for both established products and small custom runs.
- Check your work as you sew, catching alignment, stitch, material, and finishing problems before the product moves forward.
- Set up, thread, clean, and make routine adjustments to assigned machines.
- Record completed work and communicate clearly about material issues, equipment problems, or unclear instructions.
- Help with trimming, marking, pressing, hardware installation, finishing, packaging, and other production work when needed.
- Keep your workstation safe and organized and contribute to a cooperative, respectful factory team. What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have sewing experience and can demonstrate steady machine control and careful workmanship.
- You notice when something is not straight, even, symmetrical, secure, or properly finished, and you correct it.
- You are comfortable doing detailed, repetitive work without losing consistency.
- You can follow instructions, measurements, pattern markings, and examples while asking questions when something is unclear.
- You are dependable, willing to learn, and able to accept feedback without taking shortcuts.
- Industrial single-needle, serger, coverstitch, binding, bar-tack, or similar machine experience is a plus.
- Experience with fleece, stretch fabrics, technical textiles, bags, upholstery, or apparel production is also a plus. Why Work at Ragged

- Join a small, experienced production team where your work is visible and important.
- Learn additional equipment, construction methods, and production skills.
- Work in the heart of the White Mountains, with trails and skiing only minutes away.
- Receive an employee discount, flexible scheduling, paid time off for eligible employees, professional development support, and access to the employee referral program. Schedule & Work Requirements
