$17 - $20 per hour
Schedule:
Flexible start time between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (8-hour shift). About the Company Adecco is partnering with a family-owned manufacturing company in Nashua, NH that has been in business for over 35 years. This established organization specializes in producing high-quality custom textile products, including T-shirt quilts, bug nets, ponchos, and other sewn items. They offer a supportive, team-oriented work environment with flexible scheduling options. Position Summary The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for assembling and producing a variety of textile products using industrial sewing machines. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting. Key Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to assemble and produce textile products Sew various materials including fabrics for quilts, nets, ponchos, and similar items Follow detailed production instructions and established quality standards Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Meet daily production goals and timelines Qualifications Previous sewing machine experience required Experience in textile or garment production preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Why Apply? Pay Details:
