The ideal candidate has strong experience sewing commercial-grade products using industrial sewing machines and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to producing high-quality finished goods. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines (single needle, double needle, walking foot, serger, etc.) Sew commercial-grade materials such as canvas, vinyl, upholstery fabric, leather, webbing, and other heavy-duty textiles Follow patterns, templates, and production specifications accurately Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform minor machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, tension adjustments) Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily and weekly production targets Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency Qualifications 1+ years of experience with industrial sewing machines (commercial or manufacturing environment preferred) Experience working with heavy-duty materials Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing or sitting for extended period Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing commercial-grade products (e.g., umbrellas, cushions, covers, uniforms, upholstery, outdoor products, etc.) Knowledge of different stitch types and seam finishes Experience with cutting tables or automated cutting equipment (a plus) What We Offer Health benefits / PTO / Paid holidays Stable, consistent work schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
