Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing and garment construction, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality standards. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish garments according to specifications. Follow sewing instructions to ensure accuracy. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Document production progress and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Experience operating industrial sewing machines within a manufacturing or garment construction environment. Understanding of garment construction techniques and sewing processes. Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their functions. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
