Job Description
We are looking for a Sewer Level 1 to join our incredible team! Responsibilities Sew turnout gear in accordance with job specifications. Effectively maintain and operate a sewing machine. Must be able to follow supervisor instruction to meet delivery deadlines by working with the team to ensure products are made correctly and of good quality. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in sewing area. Requirements Must be able to meet sewing productivity and quality targets for the cell. Must be able to follow supervisor, safety and work instructions. Must be able to read work instructions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Must adhere to company behaviors and follow company rules and policies. May be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs using correct lifting techniques. Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and folding as needed. May be required to work mandatory OT as needed both Friday and/or Saturday. Must be able to work well in a team setting and exhibit a positive attitude.
