In this role, you will bring designs to life through expert embroidery techniques, contributing to the creation of professional and polished apparel for our diverse clientele. Your craftsmanship will help elevate our customers' brand presence and ensure their satisfaction. Duties Operate embroidery machines with precision to execute detailed design work on various garments and accessories Prepare and set up embroidery equipment, including threading machines and adjusting tension settings for optimal results Interpret design specifications and ensure accurate replication of logos, monograms, and custom artwork Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products for stitching consistency, color accuracy, and overall appearance Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Assist in garment construction when necessary, including sewing and finishing techniques Keep the work area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies to ensure smooth workflow Requirements Proficiency with sewing machines and related equipment Strong sewing skills with attention to detail and precision in stitching Ability to interpret design files and specifications accurately Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination Join us as a Creative Embroiderer and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional apparel that makes a lasting impression.
