In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce quality sewn components according to established patterns, measurements, and production requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of well-crafted products in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently. Sew straight, consistent seams according to product requirements. Thread sewing machines, change bobbins, and perform basic machine adjustments. Measure materials accurately using a ruler and other measuring tools. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Install insulation and other materials as required during the production process. Identify and report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment problems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Meet established production and quality expectations. Experience Previous sewing experience preferred. Industrial sewing machine experience is a plus. Ability to read a ruler and take accurate measurements. Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to follow written work instructions, safety information, measurements, and production requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
