This is a production position with a lot of opportunity to grow new skills. What we are seeking in a qualified candidate: 1+ year of industrial sewing or related experience preferred Previous experience operating machines and inspecting product. Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble products Experience working with heavy-duty materials (vinyl, canvas, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality control Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and specifications. Measure, cut, and align materials for accurate stitching. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency. Perform routine machine maintenance (threading, cleaning, basic adjustments). Good math and measurement skill with the ability to read fractions. Can lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Capable of standing, stoop, crouch, crawl, push, pull, bending, and working a-10 hour shift. Demonstrated experience working as a member of a high functioning team. Great Attitude, Attendance and Punctuality.
