JOB PURPOSE

The Sewing Machine Operators purpose is to perform the various sewing operations assigned. Combined operations ultimately create a finished garment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

• Understand and follow all related work instructions, forms, charts and policies.
• Read and understand the Production Ticket(PT)
• Perform a quality check on the fabric pieces/garment and inform the Group Leader of any issues.
• Complete sewing operations assigned.
• Perform a final quality check on your completed operation, and initial

• Must be able to read a ruler
• Must have sewing experience
• Must be able to sit at a sewing machine for extending periods of time
• Must work 40 hours a week
• Must follow American Safety Clothing, Inc.
