Position Overview:

Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking dependable Sewing Operators for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer. Minimal sewing experience is required. We're looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a clean, fully air-conditioned production environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew products according to specifications.

Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report materials shortage, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Lean new processes and techniques as needed.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Required a Minimal sewing experience (Industrial or home sewing experience is welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Required current Driver's licenses, & State or Federal ID and Social Security card for complete a I-9 work documents.
• Must be able to read, write and speak good English.
