In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and manufacturing processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are valued. industrial (Juki) sewing machines, box tackers, and braiding machines. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments according to design specifications and quality standards. Set up and adjust sewing machines for different fabric types and construction techniques. Monitor machine performance during operation, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance as needed. Ensure all sewing tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality output. Requirements Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and textile materials. Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their functions. Ability to read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, or patterns. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory flow. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
