Job Description

Immediately seeking a Woodworker/Machine Operator in the Chester, VT area . This is a full time first shift position starting at $22.00/hour .

Responsibilities:

Producing high quality wood products Minimizing scrap levels during the production process Maintain a smooth workflow within the shop area Set-up machinery properly for each production run Perform checks on lumber as required, ensuring work done to exact specifications Read work orders correctly Work effectively with other shop personnel Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, hazard free condition Work safely at all times "Finish" product as required Pack product as required Work productively at all times Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Able to lift 50 pounds Follow work instructions Read and understand work orders Read fractions, learn machine set-up, and make decisions regarding the quality of product output

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:15pm and Friday 7:00am-Noon 57678345

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour
