For more information, please visit Ingenyx.comPosition Summary Manufacture tubing products in accordance with customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in tubing manufacturing, tubing prototype production, braiding operations, and, when cross-trained, wire insulating ovens.
  • Follow specifications, process sheets, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Utilize measuring equipment and approved gauging instruments accurately to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Document and maintain records for traceability, statistical process control (SPC), customer compliance, and quality assurance activities.
  • Identify out-of-specification conditions and notify Quality personnel as required.
  • Follow all Quality Assurance procedures and requirements.
  • Adhere to safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Comply with environmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred but not required.
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, machinery, and continuous production-related noise.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday; sitting is generally limited to breaks.
  • Regular climbing of stairs to access mezzanine areas.
  • Regular handling and dispensing of coatings into reservoirs while utilizing appropriate PPE.
  • Ability to move large wire spools weighing between 50 and 300 pounds using approved material-handling equipment.
  • Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Basic math (addition, subtraction, and division) and assembly.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as part of an effective team
