Overview:

Support and improve furnace processes used in 300mm silicon wafer manufacturing for automotive and consumer applications. Work cross-functionally with process, equipment, and integration teams in a 24/7 production environment. Responsibilities Own furnace processes and equipment performance (ASM, TEL, Bruce) Drive improvements to yield, cost, and throughput Design and execute experiments to optimize processes Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time Use data analysis and SPC to support decision-making Support daily production and lot disposition activities Identify and resolve equipment performance shifts About Acara Solutions Acara is a premier provider of recruiting and workforce solutions-we help companies compete for talent. Job Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field 7+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or similar industry Hands-on experience with furnace equipment (ASM, TEL, and/or Bruce) Experience using data analysis tools (

Excel or JMP:
