Efficient operation of designated Sintering Ovens.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Load oven belts with molded product as scheduled.
- Blow off excess powder and visually inspect pieces, as they are loaded onto belt.
- Remove sintered product from back of oven and place in proper containers.
- Inspect product each 1/2-hour as it comes off the oven belt.
- Document measurements on specific Quality Control Forms.
- Deliver sintered product to designated area for sizing or final inspection.
- Run test bakes and document results for production purposes.
- Separate sintered and green scrap and place in appropriate containers.
- Follow all safety precautions.
- Assure your area is clean at the end of your shift.
ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- Comprehend and express, verbal and in writing, the English language.
- Ambulatory to move from the front to the back of the ovens to the workstation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate floor jacks or forklift to move palletized parts.
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform other work-related duties as required.
