We invite you to join the Hexcel team at various manufacturing sites, sales offices, and R D centers around the globe. Become a part of the "strength within." Hexcel is currently seeking an Oven/Autoclave Operator for our Pottsville, PA, USA location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Individual will be able to function in all phases of oven/autoclave operation, providing bonding operators with necessary tooling, tables and cars. Coordinate with bonding operators all work going in and out of ovens/autoclaves and assist with moving tools into the staging area. Responsible for loading/unloading ovens/autoclaves, hookups and monitoring, equipment operation, and documentation. Verify that all tools are connected to vacuum and perform a leak check. Prepare oven/autoclave for loading/unloading by performing procedures as documented. A full understanding of all controls and recording equipment.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent Minimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing Comprehension of Technical Documentation (PO's, Specifications, Blue Prints, etc.) Basic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred Must be able to maintain a quality delegate stamp or attain and retain a quality delegate stamp Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
