- SUMMARY
- :•The Utilities Maintenance Operator Subject Matter Expert (UMOSME) provides both maintenance and reliability services within the plant, championing executional excellence and critical water/gas/air systems asset health improvement efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Leadwater/gas/air systemsmaintenance/operationsteam membersand tasksto ensure personal safety, quality, delivery, and cost, are continuously being improved to achieve companyobjectives.
Be an active member who contributes to the advancement of theMFI & ARMculture. + Develop, implement, and champion Precision Maintenance®techniquesensuringprocedural compliance and that job tolerances are met + Identify, develop, justify, and implementcriticalwater/gas/air systemsmaintenanceand performance improvement projects + Work with CorporateReliabilityTeam to develop, implement,and review real time condition assessment data for all criticalwater/gas/air systemsequipment + Responsible foridentifying,coordinating, andfacilitatingcriticalwater/gas/air systemsequipment maintenancetraining for maintenance/operationspersonnel + Develop and implement quality assuranceand reliabilityprocedures for criticalwater/gas/air systemsspares and parts + Develop and implement quality commissioning procedures forcriticalrebuilt or newwater/gas/air systemsequipment + Work with vendors in addressingcriticalwater/gas/air systemsissuesidentifiedthrough rootcause and condition-based maintenance programs + Lead / assist craftsman duringcriticalwater/gas/air systemsmaintenanceassignments + Lead technicalwater/gas/air systemstroubleshooting tasks whileassistingother plant personnel in a teaching environment + Utilize MFI approved CMMS to manage, document, and supportwater/gas/airsystemsreliabilityreporting and decision making.
This will beaccomplishedthroughthe guidance ofMFI ARM standards. + Keepaccurateand up-to-date records (i.e.,SAP data,critical equipment,regulatorydocumentationetc..). + Provides input for root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance to create an environment of continuous asset reliability improvement. + Actively holds and sustains regulatory required licensure related towater/gas/air systems(Chief Level) and performs required duties to statute expectations.
Understandsregionalcode to a master's level anddemonstratesaccordingly + Manage and lead the plant PSMprogramalways ensuring regulatory compliance. + Promote, and foster Michael Foods culture,values,and principles. + Leads plant emergency response team + Act as a role model bydemonstratingsafe work behaviors.
Assumes personal responsibility toinsuresafeand healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and proceduresandincorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks. + Adheres to Quality work practices, follows GMP's,maintainssanitary conditions and ensures that product quality ismaintained.
