Join a company where you are more than just another guard. We are seeking a qualified Boiler Operator / Security Officer to join our team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building utility systems while also performing security-related duties to help maintain a safe and secure facility environment during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess boiler operating experience, applicable certifications, and the ability to monitor critical building systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM CST Operate and monitor boilers, engines, and auxiliary equipment. Read gauges, meters, charts, and control systems to track boiler and utility operations. Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels to ensure safe and efficient operation. Adjust valves and controls to regulate water, air, fuel, steam, and pressure levels Identify and report equipment malfunctions, abnormal conditions, and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation.

Security Responsibilities:

Perform routine security patrols of the facility and surrounding property. Monitor building access points and report unauthorized activity. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and unusual incidents in accordance with site procedures. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. Document security incidents and complete required reports. Communicate effectively with management and emergency personnel when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods. Ability to work in mechanical rooms and industrial environments. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
