This role requires a self‑starter who is hardworking, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and timely feedback are essential. As a customer‑focused organization, overtime is required to meet business needs. Pay will be based initially on experience and adjusted per demonstrated skills and performance. •Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance. However, we are willing to work with qualified candidates on a mutually agreeable start date to help accommodate their transition.•Key Responsibilities This position typically operates on a 12‑hour swing shift. Operate gas‑fired boilers and all associated equipment. Operate chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and related systems. Maintain steam, air, and water systems for plant operations in a safe and environmentally compliant manner. Monitor equipment closely to identify performance deviations or warning signs. Maintain detailed equipment logs. Generate repair requests when needed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Operate building HVAC controls during weekends and holidays. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in an industrial environment preferred. Stationary Operator's License is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues logically and effectively. Ability to climb stairs frequently for inspections and emergency procedures. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Comfortable working at heights while using a safety harness. Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and focus. Safety‑conscious and able to work well with others. Yates Services Benefits 16 paid holidays per year.
