The Dry Process/Loadout Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely operation of both the loadout and dry process areas at the Kermit Sand Plant. The Associate will operate within the dry process including screening sand, blending sand products, running controls, quality testing, troubleshooting and housekeeping to meet production, quality, and customer needs. In the Loadout Operations, the Associate will ensure trucks are loaded, perform housekeeping, train and educate drivers on appropriate and safe use of the hatch stations, open and close hatches and reprint BOLs as needed. Cross training in other areas of the plant as needed to support the overall plant operations. Schedule will vary but a 10 on, 4 off is typical with opportunities for overtime. High School Diploma Basic math, reading and computer skills Good communication skills both verbal and written Good decision making and problem-solving skills Basic maintenance skills a plus Ability to operate equipment a plus Willing to work in all climates including extreme heat, cold and rain Ability to work at heights Ability to open and close hatches on top of trucks (climb stairs, wear a harness) Must be able to wear a respirator (clean shaven) when necessary Looking for an opportunity to join a Team where you are truly appreciated and looking for competitive wages and great benefits?
