Job Title:
2nd Shift Kettle Operator- Job Description
- The 2nd Shift Kettle Operator plays a key role in producing high-quality sauces in an industrial kitchen environment. You operate and monitor open kettles and other cooking equipment, ensure accurate ingredient preparation, and maintain strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and product quality throughout every batch.
- Responsibilities
- + Operate various cooking and production equipment, including ovens, kettles, dishwashers, pumps, and related machinery.
- Essential Skills
- + At least 6+ months of manufacturing experience in a production, food preparation, or general labor environment.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience in food preparation or industrial kitchen work.
