Job Description

Now Hiring:
Tool and Die Maker Location:
Hot Springs, AR Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
First Shift:
7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday The Shop Runs on Your Precision Step up as a Tool and Die Maker in Hot Springs and be the one who makes it all happen. You'll craft, fix, and fine-tune the tools that keep machines humming and orders rolling.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or Tool & Die certification preferred. 5+ years of Tool & Die Maker, Machinist, or Precision Manufacturing experience. Aerospace, aviation, aircraft manufacturing, or MRO experience strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Proficient with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Experience with manual and CNC machining operations. Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; CAD experience.

Job Duties:
Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and production equipment. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications. Operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses. Machine precision components to tight tolerances and verify dimensions using measuring tools. Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform repairs to support production operations. Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve tooling performance and efficiency. Inspect completed tooling for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
