Job Description

Experienced FNP or PA Lakeside & Show Low, AZ Provide same-day care on your schedule! Enjoy a per diem role with no call, treating patients in scenic, community-focused clinics across the White Mountains. This per diem position is ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing a wide variety of acute conditions, and value the autonomy to practice independently while supported by a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits:

Clinic & Schedule Highlights:
+ Outpatient same-day/walk-in care + MondaySaturday, 8am6pm (Closed Sundays) + 10-hour shifts with flexible, per diem schedule as needed + No call + On-site imaging + Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists
Qualifications:
+ FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority + National certification ( AANP , ANCC , or NCCPA ) and current BLS + Minimum 1 year of recent experiencein same-day care, urgent care, or family practice required + Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages + Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care
