Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM (possibility of OT, but not guaranteed)

Depending on skills & experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating power presses, troubleshooting tooling and production issues, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires the ability to work independently, perform complete die setups, and run production efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Set up and operate progressive, compound, and secondary stamping dies. Perform die changeovers and production setups according to work orders. Troubleshoot press, die, and production issues to minimize downtime. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment checks. Work closely with tooling and production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues. Count, inspect, and verify production parts. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role. Experience with Bliss and Niagara stamping presses preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment. Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturing specifications. Good math, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Schedule & Compensation Compensation is based on experience.
