Job Description

Per Diem Residential (Milieu)
Counselors:
We are building our per diem pool and seeking staff that can provide coverage in all residential programs to help cover scheduled leaves and other coverage needs. We have plenty of shifts available and are primarily looking for candidates with availability on weekday evenings and weekend mornings/days . We require our per diem staff to work a minimum of two shifts per month.
Requirements:
An earned BA/BS in Psychology or related field is preferred. Experience working in a therapeutic field and prior experience working with adolescent girls and/or adult women is desirable. Salary and Benefits:
$20.60 per hour (base hourly rate), plus shift differentials for weekend and overnight hours. Shift differentials add $2/hr. - $4/hr. to the base rate. Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School is a private, nonprofit mental health and educational agency and an equal opportunity employer.
