Job Description At RTX, we are passionate about technology and innovation. We are looking for an Airfoil Cell Operator to join our team in East Hartford, CT. This position is for the 3rd shift and is onsite. The Airfoil Cell Operator will be responsible for the following: Performing various operations on airfoils, including machining, assembly, and inspection. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition. Documenting work performed and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication and teamwork skills.
