This role is essential for maintaining and operating various machinery involved in the production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, experience with manufacturing equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with factory or manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team dedicated to precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and maintain blowers and related machinery within the production line, ensuring optimal performance. Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment such as CNC machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately assemble or fabricate components. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality standards. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Assist in fabrication processes including welding, tooling setup, and assembly line tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Document work activities accurately and report any issues or deviations from standard procedures. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, CAM programming, and CNC milling/lathe operations. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), SolidWorks, CAD software, and fabrication tools. Knowledge of factory operations including materials handling, packaging, assembly line processes, and warehouse procedures. Skilled in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and basic math calculations for quality control purposes. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment such as stamping presses, CNC machines, welders, tooling setups, and fabrication techniques. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong technical skills in machining, fabrication, or assembly processes who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
