Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our team, focusing on high-rate manufacturing to optimize aerospace structures. Our team is driven by precision, aiming to ensure quality and efficiency within the integration engineering process.

Responsibilities:

Configure new production work areas with necessary tooling to ensure efficient workflow. Operate precision calibrated tools to maintain safety and quality standards. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for a safer work environment. Maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to 5S principles for operational efficiency.

Required:

5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and structural fields. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications accurately. Experience with precision calibration tools like torque wrenches and micrometers. Comfortable working at heights with ability to lift 50lbs.
