Job Summary:

We seek candidates committed to supporting high-rate aerospace manufacturing through precision drilling and structural assembly. Our team values problem-solving, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Configure new production work areas with necessary tooling and equipment for efficient workflow and minimal delays. Operate precision calibrated tools, including torque wrenches and micrometers, to uphold safety and quality standards. Drill precision holes to tight tolerance and install structural fasteners in large aerospace components. Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles, enhancing safety and efficiency.

Required:

5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, structures, or related field. Basic use of hand tools and drills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. Experience with precision calibration tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, and optical measuring instruments. Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights using work stands, ladders, or lifts, and in confined spaces; proficiency with adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets; competency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
