Our expertise allows us to seamlessly distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products to consumers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.)
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as needed
  • Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training a plus 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills
