Job Description

If this opportunity interests you, here are some of the key responsibilities: Build and maintain machine tooling and fixtures. Maintain punch press tooling. Maintain tool room equipment and tooling. Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe. We are open to candidates with a variety of experience levels, including: Motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude who are committed to learning machining and toolroom work through hands-on training. Machinists interested in becoming a Toolroom Machinist who have machining experience and are eager to expand their skills. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. Experienced Toolroom Machinists who can contribute immediately to tooling, fixture building, and tool maintenance. To help you get up to speed quickly, experience operating machinery, working with metal, using precision measuring tools such as calipers, and operating a forklift is preferred. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Experience or education in operating mills and lathes. Work involves varying degrees of precision and control. Ability to read work orders and communicate verbally with others. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to learn new things quickly.
