Tool Crib Attendant Full-time | Permanent | Hourly $21.00 - $23.00 | Plus a 10%

Shift Premium Night Shift:

Mon-Thurs 4:00pm to 2:30am We are not currently working with third party agencies on this role.

Opportunity:

Prepare, order, and monitor all needed tooling and paperwork for upcoming setups.

Responsibilities:

Adherent to all safety policies and procedures as outlined by Vantedge Medical Wheeling Prepare all needed tooling and paperwork for upcoming setups (Setup Bins) Order tooling based on job quotes & fill out requisitions for components needed on machining centers Monitor tool usage through ToolBoss, Blackhawk VMI system and Infor Visual ERP system. Assist in the allocation of raw bar stock for upcoming jobs on Swiss Machining Centers Work directly with machine operators and setup personnel to create optimal environment for sustaining production Check tooling and kits in/out as needed by machine operators Oversee and provide assignments for bar-stocker Search for and produce cost-saving measures as opportunities arise Cycle counts regularly as needed Maintain a clean and safe workspace Maintain a controlled environment and admittance to Tool Crib Control inventory of items through records and logs Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned All other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Cooperative, self-starting attitude Ability to multi-task Ability to work overtime and/or extended hours as needed Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
