Job Description

```Duties```
  • Build tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using Esprit and other CAM software
  • Operate various machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Weld and assemble components to create finished tools and dies
  • Perform precision measurements using micrometers and other measuring instruments
  • Ensure that all tools and dies meet quality standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve designs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Requirements```
  • Experience as a Tool and Die Maker, Machinist or similar role preferred
  • Apprenticeship will be considered
  • Familiarity using CAM software
  • Familiarity with stamping press operations
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment such as lathes, grinders, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Skilled in welding and assembly techniques
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Excellent math skills for precise measurements and calculations
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
