Wire EDM Operator 2nd shift

Climate controlled production floor. Responsible for running production for all Wire EDM programs using MasterCam software as well as all other related activities Includes but not limited to: Perform set up on Machine for production and obtain 1st piece approvals Identify and effectively troubleshoot machining issues Specify machining and tooling requirements Run production as needed Complete all job specific quality requirements Perform all other tasks as required and assigned by manager Min. 1-2 yrs of relevant experience. Considerable working knowledge of equipment, tooling, materials, methods and standard practices used in medical device manufacturing Can work well independently as well as within a team environment Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to challenge the norm in order to inspire others around
