Job Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or general outpatient physical therapy preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, write functional treatment plans, and document per payer and clinic guidelines. Experience supervising or mentoring students or support staff preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education.
