Job Description A Tank Finishing Technician is responsible for completing the following duties: Install valves, brackets, sensors, and other accessories onto tanks Perform electrical wiring and component installation as required Buff, deburr, and polish aluminum surfaces to meet quality and safety standards Ensure tanks are free of sharp edges, contaminants, or visual defects Perform light welding or tack welding for accessory mounts and structural components (if certified/required) Assist with minor fabrication adjustments or repairs Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, and visual inspections to verify structural integrity and compliance with specs Document quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies Clean, cap, and prepare tanks for secure transport Package accessories, complete documentation, and stage tanks for delivery Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Leading Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Ability to read blueprints Willing to train the right person Ability to complete task according to planned schedule Maintain a clean and organized work area
