Position Summary Falcon Industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tool & Die Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing progressive and line dies from concept through completion while working closely with engineering, toolmakers, and customers to ensure successful builds and production readiness. Responsibilities Design progressive and line dies using Visi software Create detailed tool, assembly, and component drawings Work closely with the tool room and manufacturing teams during build and try-out Review customer part prints and develop efficient tooling concepts Assist with die development, troubleshooting, and engineering changes Ensure designs meet quality, timing, and manufacturability requirements Maintain organized documentation and revision control Qualifications Experience in tool & die design preferred Strong understanding of progressive stamping dies and metal stamping processes Proficiency in 3D CAD software and tooling design practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, long-term employment Modern equipment and technology Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects Team-oriented work environment If you are looking to join a growing company with a strong reputation in the tool & die industry, we encourage you to apply.
