What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor OD / ID / Wet Surface Grinders Conversationally on the CNC Interface or Manually to make precision parts. Perform Setups, Edits, or Program like a pro. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Work with precision measuring instruments to ensure quality. Collaborate with your team and bring ideas to the table — we value your input! You'll Program or Grind from a blueprint using past manual grinding experience or Fanuc Control. What We're Looking For

• Blueprint reading skills ( required )
• Knowledge of GD&T ( preferred )
• Ability to make edits, setups, and tool changes
• Experience on

OD/ ID / SURFACE

Grinding Machines (a plus!)

• Must have your own calipers (we provide the rest of the tooling)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
