$22.60 - $30.57/hour Immediate Opening - Progressive Die Setter We're hiring experienced Progressive Die Setters for a direct hire opportunity in Dexter, MI. If you have stamping experience and can handle full die setups and changeovers, this is a solid long-term role with strong pay and benefits. What You'll Do Set up progressive dies and get presses production-ready Perform die changeovers (start to finish) Run presses and check part quality Load coils and dies into stamping presses Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for inspections Read blueprints and follow job specs Set up and verify Smart PAC systems (sensors, tonnage monitors) Work with production and quality teams to keep things moving What We're Looking For 3+ years of progressive die setting (metal stamping) Experience with full setups and changeovers Comfortable using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

Plastic injection molding experience is not applicable for this role.
