Produce high-quality precision components while maintaining production efficiency. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Ensure all parts meet quality standards and customer specifications. Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of CNC machine operation experience . Experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines and/or mill-turn equipment. Familiarity with high-speed machining environments and mechanical measurement techniques. Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
