Non•Union first shift position 7: 00am•3: 30pm Are you an experienced Tool & Die Maker who enjoys problem-solving and precision work? We' re seeking a skilled trades professional with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tooling experience to support manufacturing operations. Duties:
Review required applications and specifications to determine tooling needs. Design and develop the most workable tool or die configuration based on application requirements. Acquire appropriate materials and process them as needed to fabricate tools and dies. Build, modify, and repair tools and dies to meet production and quality requirements. Perform test runs on completed dies to ensure proper functionality. Make adjustments or corrections as needed to ensure tooling meets specifications. Follow all ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Journeyman-level education or equivalent related training. 5•10 years of experience in the tool and die trade. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret designs, specifications, and tooling requirements. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
