Required Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Possess Journeyman Card and/or 8 years of training.

Responsibilities / Experience

in

• Coordinate and facilitate die build from design approval through customer approval
• Understand timing, delivery, and quality requirements
• Able to read design drawings, detail prints, and cam drawings. Check die details to detail prints. Layout details for machining.
• Able to assemble details on to dieset.
• Able to develop trim line.
• Coordinate with management toward a common goal, make delivery of a quality product
• Communication - able to train apprentices, line up personnel, work with programmers and designers, and in certain occasions to talk with customers
• Adhere to the Quality System
• Promote, facilitate, and demonstrate continuous improvement
• Experience with HSLA and stainless materials
• Modify prototype tooling to create parts

Shift Available:
