We need someone who understands that a machinist is only as good as their setup, and who takes pride in providing the precision and organization our team needs to win. The Mission You will run the Tool Crib like your own high-end retail operation. From precision gaging to high-performance tooling, you ensure that when a machinist walks up to your window, they get exactly what they need to succeed. What You Bring A Passion for the

Craft:

1-3 years of experience in a CNC environment. You know what a good edge looks like and you respect the equipment.

Tooling & Gage Fluency:

You understand the difference between "close enough" and "on the money." Aerospace experience is a major plus. The "People"

Systematic Thinking:

Store:

Own the daily operations of the Tool Crib, maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming "storefront" for our machining team.

Precision Prep:

Build and verify Job Kits, ensuring every tool and gage is prepped to spec and ready to run.

Inventory Mastery:

Use CribMaster to track assets with clinical accuracy. You'll be the gatekeeper of our most valuable hardware.

Calibration & Quality:

Manage gage calibration (both in-house and with external partners) to keep us within the tight tolerances our customers demand.

Shop Support:
