Job Description
We are seeking a Fiberglass Technician to join our dynamic team in Wyoming, MN. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm, $22 Duties Use fiberglass to build the body of pontoon boats. Use hand tools to sand, buff, and paint molds. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow in the warehouse environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Must be able to pass National Background Check. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with no restrictions. Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and/or hand tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
