The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for maintaining the tool crib, which includes managing inventory, issuing tools, and ensuring that all tools are in good working condition.

Responsibilities include:
Manage Inventory:
Keep track of all tools and equipment, ensuring that the inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
Issue Tools:
Issue tools and equipment to staff as needed, ensuring that they sign for receipt of the tools.
Inspect Tools:
Regularly inspect tools for damage or wear and tear. Arrange for repair or replacement as necessary.
Maintain Records:
Keep accurate records of tools and equipment issued and returned.
Offline Tool Setup:
Set Tooling for Upcoming jobs. Ensure that each tool is set for the proper length and diameter using Parlec Presetter.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Machinist background required Need to have knowledge of an endmill, spotdrill, and how to identify the radius on an insert Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of various tools and equipment. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to lift heavy objects.
