Job Description

Elizabethtown, NC, United States The Tool Maker plays a critical role in supporting daily operations within the Tool Room, with a primary focus on Tool & Die maintenance and repair. This position requires strong technical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work with a wide range of equipment and measurement tools. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Tool Room operations, including maintenance and repair of tooling. Build, modify, and repair jigs, fixtures, stamping dies, and injection molding dies. Operate and maintain shop equipment, including: Lathes Milling machines Saws Grinders Hand tools Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Apply fundamental shop mathematics, including: Trigonometry Plane and solid geometry Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Preferred Skills Welding experience CNC machining experience Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) experience Qualifications Completion of an approved apprenticeship, trade school, or college program in a related field; or Equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in toolmaking or Tool & Die repair. #LI-CS1 Ralliant Corporation Overview Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46-43.56
