Responsibilities Your Role:
The Tooling Technician is responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role ensures tooling performance meets production demands by minimizing downtime, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The technician works closely with engineering and production teams while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established processes. You will have the opportunity to... We need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance or tooling experience Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of manufacturing practices and tooling systems Experience with hand tools, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators), and material handling equipment (forklifts) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including flexibility to work overtime as needed Want to know more?
