Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Employee to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and machinery, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble components in accordance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize forklifts for the movement of materials within the warehouse and factory setting. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to manufacturing tasks. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes. Familiarity with operating forklifts safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
