Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Pallet Builder to join our energetic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and assembling pallets using various tools and techniques. Your hands-on skills will help ensure our products meet high standards of durability and safety, supporting our mission to deliver reliable pallet solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for manufacturing, woodworking, and heavy lifting to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. Training starts at $20. Team members average $25 per hour after 2-3 weeks ( piece rate). Duties Build new pallets from raw lumber using hand tools "hammer", power tools "nail gun machine", and woodworking equipment Repair and refurbish existing pallets to extend their lifespan, ensuring they meet quality standards. Stack finished pallets 20 high Use fabrication tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood components accurately Measure materials precisely with calipers and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit Perform heavy lifting, able to lift 30 to 50 lbs Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to maintain product integrity Skills Mechanical knowledge of woodworking, machining, and fabrication processes Experience with warehouse safety protocols Proficiency with power tools, and hand tools Strong understanding of manufacturing standards within construction or machining environments Proper lifting techniques to ensure a safe work environment Able to stack 20 high Prior manufacturing experience is preferred Construction background is a plus!
