Job Description
A local manufacturer is seeking a skilled Tool Maker for their current temporary to hire opening. This position offers an hourly rate of $20 - $27/hr. with a 1st or 2nd shift schedule. The successful candidate must be able to: Work in all aspects of tool and die manufacturing with little to no supervision. Operate all tool room equipment including CNC machines. Troubleshoot most tooling issues or problems. Work in close tolerances +/-.0002. May be required to supervise subordinate level machinist. Identify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs.
